With a 25-11 vote, California Senators took an unprecedented step in attacking counselors, pastors, and people of faith as frauds.
AB 2943 now goes to Governor Jerry Brown’s office who has the option to sign it into law or veto it.
As you are aware, AB 2943 is a radical bill from Assemblymember Evan Low and the LGBT Legislative Caucus and, If signed into law, will make it illegal to charge for counseling services, sell books, or offer any help to people in California to overcome unwanted same-sex attraction or gender identity confusion that involves any financial transaction. There are no exceptions.
